Key Responsibilities: • Lead design projects with a focus on trend forecasting and creative development. • Create factory-ready, detailed Technical Specifications (Tech Packs). • Develop contemporary apparel designs with a focus on woven garments. • Collaborate with the global design team to maintain brand aesthetics. • Manage design projects independently in a 100% remote work environment. Qualifications & Requirements:. • Experience: Proven experience as a Fashion Designer with a strong background in woven garments and contemporary apparel. • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. • Expertise: Deep expertise in creating detailed, factory-ready Tech Packs. • Traits: Self-motivated, highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented. • Proficiency: Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote setting.
