Job Responsibilities: • Lead & mentor Full Stack, AI & Mobile App Developers • Guide architecture, coding standards & technical decisions • Solve complex software development challenges • Drive AI, LLM & modern technology adoption • Work directly with clients on technical solutions • Support proposals, solution discussions & business development Requirements: • 7-12 years of professional software development experience • Strong Full Stack Development expertise — front end + backend • Strong knowledge of APIs, databases & software architecture • Proven experience mentoring and developing technical teams • Knowledge of AI, LLMs & AI-assisted development • Strong communication, problem-solving & client-handling skills • Preference will be given to candidates who have worked on renowned, popular, or high-impact software projects in Bangladesh • Experience with international clients and knowledge of RFP/RFQ, procurement or tender processes will be an added advantage
