Key Responsibilities: • Manage marketing and sales activities for electrical products such as UPS, IPS, Solar Systems, CCTV, and Industrial Lighting. • Develop new client bases and projects to drive business expansion. • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with dealers, distributors, and corporate clients. • Analyze market trends to develop and implement effective sales strategies. • Prepare professional product presentations, proposals, and tender documentation. • Play an effective role in consistently achieving assigned sales targets. • Conduct regular reporting and maintain proactive client follow-ups. Qualifications & Requirements: • Education: BSc in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (highly preferred); alternatively, a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience. Candidates with proven experience in B2B sales and project sales for electrical products will be given preference. • Skills: Strong understanding of UPS, IPS, Solar, CCTV, and Industrial Lighting markets. Proficiency in computer and office applications. • Competencies: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Salary & Benefits: • Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and skills).
