Key Responsibilities: • Lead and oversee the merchandising process for “NEXT” buyer accounts independently. • Provide strategic direction and handle complex order management, from sourcing to shipment. • Mentor junior staff and ensure all production timelines meet the buyer’s standards. • Resolve critical issues to ensure the smooth flow of the supply chain. Qualifications & Requirements: • Experience: 5–7 years in the knit garments industry, with a senior-level track record. • Specialization: Deep expertise in handling “NEXT” buyer accounts independently. • Attributes: Strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
