Job Responsibilities: • Handle buyer communication and correspondence independently • Manage order development, costing, consumption, and price negotiations for sweater products • Coordinate with Production, Quality, Commercial, Planning, and Sourcing teams • Monitor sample development, yarn, trims, accessories, and knitting status • Prepare and maintain Time & Action (T&A) plans and merchandising reports • Ensure smooth execution of orders and on-time shipment • Maintain strong buyer relationships and provide effective solutions to challenges • Follow up on approvals, testing, production progress, and shipment schedules • Resolve production, quality, and shipment-related issues efficiently Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Fashion Design, BBA, or a related discipline. • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Sweater Merchandising • Experience handling international buyers independently • Strong knowledge of sweater merchandising operations, costing, yarn consumption, and export procedures • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP/Merchandising software • Leadership and team management ability • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Sound knowledge of sweater manufacturing processes and supply chain management
