🎓 Education: Graduate/master’s from any reputed institution
🧍♂️ Gender: Male
🗣️ Strong communication skills in both Bangla & English
📘 In-depth knowledge of HR management practices, labor law, and compliance
💰 Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and skills)
