Key Responsibilities: Communicate directly with Hajj and Umrah pilgrims, providing detailed briefings about our travel packages and ensuring bookings are secured. Provide clear guidance on pilgrims’ accommodations (hotels in Makkah and Madinah), flight schedules, and transportation arrangements. Assist pilgrims with preparation for Hajj and Umrah, explaining rules, regulations, and necessary guidance. Maintain regular follow-up communication with new and existing clients. Collect and preliminarily verify necessary documents related to passports and visas for pilgrims.
