Job Responsibilities: Develop and modify patterns for various woven garments as per buyer requirements. Prepare accurate patterns, grading, and measurements for production. Handle pattern development from initial sample stage to final production. Check measurements, fitting, construction, and pattern accuracy. Coordinate with Merchandising, Sample, Production, and Quality teams. Identify and solve fitting and pattern-related technical issues. Requirements: Minimum 7–8 years of professional experience as a Pattern Master in woven garments. Must have extensive experience in woven products. Strong working experience with Primark buyer will be highly preferred. Strong knowledge of pattern making, grading, fitting, and garment construction.
