Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience in international sales, specifically working with U.S. merchants. • Full-time (Night Shift - USA Business Hours) Key Responsibilities: • Execute sales strategies to reach out to potential U.S. merchants. • Manage client accounts and provide comprehensive information regarding our services. • Lead sales initiatives and assist in achieving team targets. • Provide regular reporting on sales activities and performance. Qualifications & Requirements: • Experience: Significant experience in sales, preferably with U.S. markets. • Skills: Fluent English speaking; advanced communication and persuasion skills. • Traits: Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in night shifts. Salary & Benefits: • Salary: 15,000 – 20,000 BDT (Fixed) + Performance bonus up to 50,000+ BDT. • Benefits: Free dinner provided.
