Position Senior Sales Executive Job Type Full Time Job Responsibilities Conduct high volume offline cold visits to potential clients and decision makers Develop new business opportunities from zero ground Identify factories, enterprises, agencies and other potential B2B clients Deliver on site product demos and present company services professionally Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Collect client compliance documents such as trade license and office photos Coordinate with internal teams for audit and job activation Maintain daily visit updates, client information and pipeline status in CRM tools Follow up with clients for renewals and long term business opportunities Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure smooth client service Handle customer rejections with resilience and continue sales activities with a result oriented mindset Submit regular sales reports to management Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field Strong relevant sales experience can compensate for educational background 1 to 3 years of proven B2B field sales experience Background in HR tech, recruitment, manpower agency or industrial sales will be a plus Existing connections with factories, enterprises or agencies in Bangladesh will be preferred Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets Strong ability to develop business from zero ground Job Location Lotus Kamal Tower 2, Gulshan 01, Dhaka
