Job Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the automobile sales team and achieve monthly sales targets. • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase vehicle sales. • Sell and promote Japanese reconditioned and imported vehicles to individual and corporate customers. • Generate and manage leads through showroom visits, referrals, Facebook, WhatsApp, online platforms and personal networks. • Handle high-value customers, negotiations and major sales opportunities. • Monitor and improve the performance of sales executives. • Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance. • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to generate repeat and referral sales. • Monitor competitor pricing, customer demand and trends in the Bangladesh reconditioned car market. • Provide regular sales reports, market feedback and sales forecasts to management. • Assist management in developing pricing, promotional and sales strategies. Requirements: • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in automobile sales, preferably in Japanese reconditioned/imported vehicles. • Previous experience in a Senior Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Senior Sales Executive or similar senior-level automobile sales position. • Must have a proven sales record and be able to provide details of previous sales performance, targets achieved and/or vehicles sold. • Strong knowledge of the Bangladesh reconditioned automobile market, Japanese vehicle models, grades, specifications and pricing. • Candidates with experience in premium car showrooms will be given preference. • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, customer-handling and closing skills. • Ability to lead a sales team and consistently achieve sales targets. • Strong customer network and ability to generate independent sales leads will be an advantage. • Experience with Facebook, WhatsApp and other digital channels for automobile sales will be an advantage. • Bachelor/Honors/MBA preferred; Diploma holders with stron
