Job Summary: Malleus ENT Specialized Hospital is looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and provide leadership to the nursing team. Key Responsibilities: • Provide direct nursing care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans. • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, while monitoring for side effects. • Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff, delegate tasks, and ensure high standards of care. • Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care. • Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans. • Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, quality assurance, and infection control standards. • Maintain accurate patient records and respond promptly to medical emergencies.
