Job Responsibilities: • Oversee daily shop operations and ensure smooth workflow. • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with company standards. • Monitor opening and closing procedures. • Implement operational policies and procedures. • Recruit, train, and supervise shop employees. • Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance. • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching. • Foster a positive and productive work environment. • Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets. • Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction. • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally. • Monitor sales performance and identify improvement opportunities. • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment. • Conduct regular inventory counts and audits. • Minimize stock losses, damage, and shrinkage. • Ensure proper product display and merchandising. • Manage cash handling and daily reconciliations. • Monitor expenses and control operational costs. • Prepare sales and performance reports. • Assist with budgeting and forecasting. • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations. • Maintain workplace health and safety standards. • Protect company assets and reduce operational risks. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred). • 3–5+ years of retail, shop, or operations management experience. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication and customer service abilities. • Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
