Job Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day showroom operations • Achieve daily, monthly & yearly sales targets • Lead, motivate & supervise showroom staff • Ensure excellent customer service • Manage inventory, stock movement & replenishment • Monitor POS, billing & cash management • Maintain premium visual merchandising and showroom presentation • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally • Prepare daily, weekly & monthly sales and stock reports • Coordinate with Head Office, Warehouse & Accounts • Ensure staff discipline, grooming & brand standards Requirements: • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in clothing/fashion retail • Minimum Graduate • Good knowledge of POS & MS Excel • Strong communication, leadership & customer-handling skills • Smart, presentable and target-oriented
