Job Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day showroom operations and ensure smooth customer service • Welcome customers and assist them with product information and selection • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally • Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction • Supervise showroom staff and distribute daily tasks • Monitor sales activities, stock availability, and showroom presentation • Maintain daily sales and customer service reports • Coordinate with management regarding showroom operations and customer requirements Requirements: • Female candidates only • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline • Previous experience in showroom management or customer service will be preferred • Excellent communication and customer-handling skills • Smart, presentable, and professional personality • Good leadership and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage customers and staff efficiently • Must be responsible, punctual, and target-oriented
