Job Responsibilities: • Manage the company’s social media pages and regular activities. • Create and publish engaging posts, captions, and promotional content. • Respond to customer comments, messages, and inquiries. • Communicate professionally with potential and existing customers. • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries. • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers when required. • Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication. • Understand customer requirements and share them with the concerned team. • Support sales and marketing activities through social media and phone communication. • Maintain records of customer inquiries, leads, and follow-ups. • Monitor social media trends and suggest new content ideas. • Maintain a professional tone while communicating with customers. • Work closely with the team to improve customer engagement and generate leads. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree from any recognized university/institution. • BBA students/graduates will be preferred. • Students currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree are also eligible. • Freshers are encouraged to apply. • Candidates from Lalmatia and nearby areas will be given preference. • Good communication and customer handling skills. • Comfortable making and receiving phone calls. • Familiarity with Facebook and other social media platforms. • Creative mindset and willingness to learn. • Responsible, punctual, and organized. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Positive, professional, and eager to grow.
