💼 Key Responsibilities
Chat with customers via social media to explain and demonstrate products
Respond promptly to inquiries across multiple channels
Identify customer needs and resolve issues efficiently
Collaborate with internal teams as needed
Provide feedback to improve customer service processes
🎓 Educational Requirements
HSC or current undergraduate students
Freshers with strong interest in customer service are encouraged to apply
💡 Professional Skills Required
Must be responsive, polite, and professional
Confident in written communication
Basic understanding of e-commerce
Familiar with Google Sheets & MS Office
Strong problem-solving mindset
Computer and stable internet connection required
💰 Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary: BDT 8,000 – 10,000
Yearly Salary Review
2 Festival Bonuses (Yearly)
