Job Responsibilities: • Install and configure software at customer locations or remotely. • Provide basic user training after installation. • Visit customer sites. • Coordinate with the support team to resolve technical problems. • Submit installation reports after completing assigned tasks. • Ensure customer satisfaction and proper software operation. Requirements: • HSC • Diploma in Engineering • Bachelor's Degree (Honours) • Running students are also encouraged to apply • Freshers are encouraged to apply. • Previous experience in software installation, IT support, or customer service will be an advantage. • Age: 18 to 35 years • Basic computer knowledge. • Familiarity with Windows operating systems. • Good communication and problem-solving skills. • Must own a smartphone and have internet access. • Willingness to travel within assigned areas.
