Job Responsibilities: • Provide software support and user assistance to school staff • Train users on software features and usage • Coordinate with the technical team to resolve issues • Maintain client communication and follow up on support requests Requirements: • Diploma Engineering Pass (Any Subject) • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Experience with School Management Software will be an advantage • Candidates from Savar or nearby areas will be given preference
