Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and a variety of beverages according to brand standards. • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times. • Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests to enhance their experience. • Ensure beverage quality consistency across the outlet. • Manage beverage inventory and ensure ingredients are fresh and well-stocked. Qualifications & Requirements: • Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience as a Barista. • Skills: Expertise in coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation. • Attributes: Energetic, responsible, and capable of working in a team-oriented environment.
