Assist in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals and enhance organizational effectiveness; Create and deliver engaging presentations for HR initiatives, training sessions, and leadership meetings; Design, coordinate, and execute training programs aimed at improving employee skills, performance, and development. Assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness; Support the development and implementation of employee engagement programs and initiatives
