Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase resort occupancy and event bookings. • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and stakeholders. • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in the Savar zone. • Represent the resort at business meetings and promotional events. • Prepare sales reports and coordinate with management to achieve revenue targets. Qualifications & Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the hospitality/resort industry. • Attributes: Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills; proactive and result-oriented.
