Job Responsibilities • Plan, execute, monitor, and optimise Facebook advertising campaigns. • Create Facebook posts, promotional videos, voice content, reels, and Facebook Live sessions. • Generate and manage leads through social media. • Respond to customer enquiries via Facebook, WhatsApp and phone. • Invite customers to the office and provide consultation. • Meet clients and provide professional counselling. • Convince customers and close sales. • Prepare agreements and complete onboarding. • Maintain relationships with agents and business partners. • Participate in marketing campaigns and achieve sales targets. • Prepare reports and perform other duties assigned by management. Educational Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline. Educational qualification may be relaxed for experienced candidates. Experience Requirements 1–3 years in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development. Experience in Visa Consultancy, Travel & Tourism, Student Consultancy, Immigration Services, or any corporate marketing role will be preferred. Additional Requirements • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Experience with Facebook Marketing, Lead Generation, and Meta Ads Manager. • Confident in promotional videos and Facebook Live. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media. • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
