Education - Bachelor/Honours - Education will be considerable for the highly experienced candidate Experience - 2 to 5 years Additional Requirements - Only Male Experiences:         - Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Security Services specially any large manufacturing plant. - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Manufacturing Industry, Mobile Phone Company, and Security Service. - Retired personnel from Army, Navy, Air Force, Police or other disciplined forces with relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Key Requirements: - Experience in supervising security personnel and managing factory access control will be preferred. - Sound knowledge of industrial security operations and access control systems. - Knowledge of fire safety regulations and emergency evacuation practices. Responsibilities & Context Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate visitor registers, vehicle movement records and access control documentation. - Implement effective access control for staff, visitors, vehicles, and vendors. - Monitor CCTV systems and other security equipment to identify and report suspicious activities. - Ensure regular patrolling of factory premises, warehouses, offices and surrounding areas to maintain a secure environment. - Prepare reports, investigate security breaches and promptly escalate critical issues to management. - Ensure compliance with company security policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workplace safety regulations. - Coordinate with HR, Administration, Production and other departments regarding security matters. - Monitor all security staffs & Duty Schedule. - Train security staffs to develop professional competence. - Preparing incident reports and submitting to management. - Ensuring compliance with company security policies.
