Key Responsibilities: • Plan and cook daily large-batch meals that are varied, nutritious, and mindful of dietary restrictions. • Efficiently utilize surplus inventory and seasonal ingredients to minimize waste while staying on budget. • Coordinate meal prep and service times around staff shift schedules. • Maintain a clean, dedicated workspace and ensure all “meal” areas are sanitized after use. Qualifications & Requirements: • Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in a similar role is a plus and will be preferred. • Skills: Strong planning and cooking skills, resourcefulness, and knowledge of food safety.
