Key Responsibilities Manage daily store operations and ensure the proper receipt, storage, and issuance of materials. Maintain accurate inventory records, stock registers, and store documentation. Receive incoming materials and verify quantities and specifications against purchase orders and delivery documents. Issue raw materials, accessories, and other items to relevant departments according to authorized requisitions. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the concerned departments to prevent shortages or excess inventory. Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile inventory records with actual stock. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and identification of materials. Monitor material movement and maintain accurate records of all transactions. Coordinate with the procurement, production, and accounts departments regarding material requirements and discrepancies. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports as required. Identify damaged, defective, excess, or obsolete stock and report it to management. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety within the store area. Follow company policies and inventory control procedures. Educational Requirements Graduation in any discipline. Experience Requirements 5–10 years or above of relevant experience in store or inventory management. Experience in the woven garments industry will be an advantage. Required Skills Strong inventory management and record-keeping skills. Knowledge of store operations and stock control procedures. Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate documentation. Ability to work under pressure and coordinate with multiple departments.
