Key Responsibilities • Communicate actively with prospective students via phone, Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp, and in-person visits • Understand students’ learning needs and recommend suitable courses • Convert leads into confirmed admissions through effective counseling and persuasive communication • Follow up regularly with leads to build interest and increase enrollments • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools or Excel sheets • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and submit performance reports to the supervisor • Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams to stay updated on course details, fees, discounts, and promotional campaigns • Support new students during payment and enrollment processes to ensure a smooth onboarding experience • Represent eShikhon at events, fairs, and workshops when required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline • For experienced candidates, educational requirements may be relaxed • Candidates with a sales or marketing background will get preference • Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills in Bangla and English • 1+ years of experience in sales, telemarketing, career counseling, or a similar role is preferred • Freshers with strong sales ability are also encouraged to apply Additional Requirements • Age: 20 to 35 years • Must be proactive, target-oriented, and self-motivated • Strong sales mindset with the ability to handle objections and close deals • Confident, energetic, and presentable • Able to work independently as well as in a team • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with deadlines and performance goals Salary Range • Negotiable based on performance and experience • Attractive incentives and commissions on admissions Compensation & Benefits • Sales incentives and commission • Two festival bonuses • Yearly salary review • Overtime allowance • Friendly and supportive work environment • Tour allowance • 6 days working week
