Student Care Intern

Work with dedication in betterment of the students and class quality; Ensure 100% attendance of the students in both offline and online batches every day; Maintain regular communication with every student and mentor, addressing and resolving every issue regarding the classes; Maintain attendance sheets (both hard copy and excel sheet simultaneously), batch groups, notices timely and give support in every way possible to operate every class smoothly; Prepare weekly report mentioning all the work done and feedback on any improvements required
