Key Responsibilities: • Provide accurate and comprehensive information to students regarding IELTS courses and study abroad opportunities. • Proactively engage with potential leads to convert inquiries into enrolled students. • Maintain detailed and organized records of all student interactions and inquiries. • Respond efficiently and accurately to all phone calls, messages, and student queries. • Ensure students feel supported, well-informed, and valued throughout the entire counselling process. • Foster and maintain professional and friendly relationships with all students. Qualifications & Requirements: • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university. • Preferred Qualification: Candidates with an IELTS band score of 5.5 or higher will be given preference. • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and proficiency in record-keeping. • Attributes: Professional, supportive, and results-oriented mindset. Salary & Benefits: • Salary: BDT 15,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience).
