Position: Student Counselor / Visa Application Officer Job Responsibilities: * Counsel students and guardians on study-abroad opportunities, admissions, and visa procedures * Process student admission applications, LOAs, and visa documentation * Review academic, financial, and supporting documents for applications * Coordinate with international schools, colleges, universities, and partners * Maintain regular communication, follow-ups, and application records * Stay updated on admission requirements and visa policies * Achieve assigned counseling and student recruitment targets * Ensure professional and quality client service Requirements: * Strong proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking * Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client-handling skills * Strong organizational and time-management abilities * Ability to manage multiple clients, inquiries, and follow-ups simultaneously * Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, Internet, email, and online communication platforms * Professional attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment * Target-oriented, enthusiastic, proactive, and hardworking * Ability to work effectively in a team environment
