Job Responsibilities: - Welcome and serve customers in a polite and professional manner - Take customer orders and assist with billing - Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and light items as required - Maintain cleanliness of the service area - Support daily outlet operations - Work as part of a team to ensure smooth customer service Requirements: - 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience preferred - Freshers with relevant short-course training are also welcome to apply - Basic knowledge of customer service or barista work will be an advantage - Must be responsible, punctual, and well-behaved - Good communication skills and a positive attitude are required
