Technical Executive/Line Incharge

Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day operations of the production/assembly line Ensure smooth running of machinery and production systems Maintain product quality standards by monitoring processes and inspecting output Troubleshoot technical issues and minimize downtime Coordinate with maintenance teams for repair and servicing of machines Maintain accurate records of production output, machine performance, and maintenance activities Guide and manage line workers to meet daily targets Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational protocols Provide daily reports to production or technical managers ✅ Requirements: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or relevant field) Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a production or technical supervisory role Strong technical knowledge of machinery, tools, and production processes Leadership ability to manage and motivate team members Problem-solving mindset and quick decision-making skills Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and in shifts if needed
