Tele-sales Associate

Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential customers through outbound calls and WhatsApp messages to introduce our exclusive range of optical frames and sunglasses. You will engage with customers to understand their style preferences and visual needs, recommend suitable products, and effectively present the features and benefits of our offerings. Your role includes managing online and WhatsApp-based sales, assisting customers through the purchasing process, and ensuring a seamless sales experience. A key part of your responsibility will be to build strong relationships that encourage repeat business, meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service are essential for this role.
