The selected candidate will communicate with customers over phone calls, provide product/service information, follow up on sales leads, and maintain CRM records. Job Responsibilities • Communicate with customers over phone calls • Provide accurate information about products and services • Follow up on sales leads regularly • Maintain and update CRM records • Support the sales team in achieving targets • Handle customer queries professionally Requirements • Minimum 1 year of Tele-sales experience • Strong communication skills • Basic computer knowledge • Proficient in MS Word & Excel • Typing skills required • Basic understanding of CRM systems • Age: 18–30 years • Confident, target-oriented, and professional attitude Salary & Benefits • Basic Salary: BDT 10,000 – 12,000 • Attendance Bonus: BDT 1,000 • Performance Bonus + Incentives: Up to BDT 3,000 • Unlimited earning opportunity based on targets • Snacks facility Working Hours • 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM • 1 hour lunch break included
