Telemarketing Representative

Responsibilities: 1. Enterprise Client Development: Contact blue-collar–heavy enterprises in manufacturing, construction, and service sectors by phone. Promote the platform’s free job posting service and large blue-collar talent pool, encouraging clients to register and publish authentic recruitment posts. 2. Job Information Acquisition: Understand each enterprise’s hiring needs (job type, headcount, salary, requirements). Help standardize job descriptions and ensure all postings are complete, compliant, and attractive to blue-collar job seekers. 3. Posting Process Follow-up: Guide clients through registration and job posting steps, resolving any operational issues. Follow up with interested enterprises that haven’t posted yet and push for timely job publication. 4. Job Effect Tracking: Revisit clients after posting to share data such as job views, resumes received, and communication rates. Collect feedback on hiring results and assist in adjusting job details for better matching. 5. Client Demand Feedback: Record enterprise suggestions on platform features (job management, resume screening, communication tools) and relay them to operations and product teams to support optimization. 6. Data Management & Review: Track daily valid calls, new registrations, and job posts. Join team review sessions to refine communication scripts and follow-up strategies, boosting acquisition efficiency. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above 2. Preferred 1+ year experience in telemarketing or client development 3. Knowledge of Bangladesh’s manufacturing/service labor market is a plus Skills: 1. Native Bengali and fluent English 2.
