About the Role: Coco Pant Diaper Bangladesh is looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Female Executive to join our team. This hybrid role combines Customer Service with Telesales and Lead Conversion. The selected candidate will be the primary voice of our brand, assisting customers while actively contributing to sales growth. Requirements: • Female candidates only • Prior experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, Direct Sales, or Call Center Customer Service is highly preferred • Strong sales and customer-handling skills • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Fluent in spoken Bangla • Basic English communication skills will be an added advantage • Target-driven, confident, patient, and customer-focused mindset • Basic computer, social media, and messaging app skills • Energetic Freshers with a strong interest in sales are also encouraged to apply Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls and respond to inbound customer inquiries • Promote products and convert potential leads into successful sales • Work toward achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets • Provide prompt and professional customer support through phone calls, messages, and social media • Provide accurate information about products, sizing, pricing, special offers, and usage instructions • Follow up with previous customers and warm leads • Recommend relevant product packages and identify upselling opportunities • Handle customer complaints patiently and professionally • Provide effective solutions to customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction • Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers Salary & Benefits: • Salary: BDT 12,000 – 20,000 per month • Salary will be determined based on experience and skill set • Attractive performance-based sales commission
