The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to engage customers professionally over the phone. Key Responsibilities: Contact prospective customers through outbound calls. Present products and services effectively to potential clients. Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Follow company sales processes and compliance requirements. Collaborate with team leaders and managers to improve performance. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or a related field. Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written). Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to work in a target-oriented environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems are advantages. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
