Key Responsibilities • Contact prospective customers through outbound calls • Present products and services effectively to potential clients • Build and maintain positive customer relationships • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities • Follow company sales processes and compliance requirements • Collaborate with team leaders and managers to improve performance Requirements • Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or a related field • Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities • Ability to work in a target-oriented environment • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Basic computer proficiency • Familiarity with CRM systems will be an added advantage • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn
