Telesales Specialist

There are 10 vacancies available for this day shift role (6:15 AM – 3:30 PM). Candidates must have at least 6 months of experience in an international call center, with preference given to those with Australian solar campaign experience. Strong English communication skills are essential, and the minimum educational requirement is HSC, A-Level, or Bachelor’s degree. The role involves making outbound calls to Australia, understanding customer needs, and closing sales in a performance-focused team environment. The salary range is 20,000 – 30,000 BDT, with attractive bonuses including 2,000 BDT attendance bonus, 1,200 BDT per sale, and performance bonuses up to 5,000 BDT/month, allowing candidates to earn over 15,000 BDT in additional bonuses.
