The selected candidate will be responsible for managing territory sales operations, expanding dealer and retail networks, and ensuring strong market presence for mobile accessories and electronic products within the assigned zone. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 ▪️ Manage and develop sales operations across Natore, Rajshahi, Naogaon and Chapainawabganj ▪️ Regular market visits to retailers, dealers, and distribution points within the assigned territory ▪️ Achieve assigned monthly and yearly sales targets ▪️ Expand dealer and retailer network in the territory ▪️ Ensure proper product display, branding, and visibility in retail shops ▪️ Execute promotional campaigns, market activation, and trade offers ▪️ Collect orders and coordinate with head office for timely delivery ▪️ Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis ▪️ Maintain strong relationship with dealers and retail partners ▪️ Ensure company policies and payment collection procedures are properly followed 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 ▪️ Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 ▪️ Minimum 2 years of experience in mobile accessories field sales 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 ▪️ Only Male Candidates are encouraged to apply 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬 ▪️ Strong communication and negotiation skills ▪️ Target-driven and result-oriented mindset ▪️ Ability to work independently in field operations ▪️ Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory ▪️ Strong dealer relationship management skills 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲 & 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬: ▪️ Salary: BDT 25,000
