Job Responsibilities: • Develop new dealers and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing dealers • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and ensure continuous sales growth • Collect orders from assigned sales territories and ensure timely follow-up • Conduct dealer development activities, including onboarding and relationship management • Promote tyre brands (Continental, Linglong, Zeetex) effectively in the market • Perform market analysis to identify new business opportunities and customer demand • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends • Prepare and submit regular sales performance and market reports to management • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant sales experience may be considered in lieu of formal education • Experience in sales and marketing will be an advantage • Prior knowledge of tyres or automotive products will be a strong plus • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned territory • Target-driven and self-motivated Salary & Benefits: • Attractive salary based on experience • Sales incentives / commission • 2 Eid Festival Bonuses • Other benefits as per company policy
