Salary & Benefits: • Salary: BDT 20,000 per month • TA/DA • Mobile Bill • Sales Commission • 2 Eid Bonuses Job Responsibilities: • Visit shops regularly to promote and sell batteries. • Collect orders from retailers and dealers. • Develop new dealers and retailers within the assigned territory. • Maintain good relationships with existing dealers and retailers. • Achieve monthly sales targets. • Conduct regular market visits and identify new sales opportunities. • Report sales activities and market information to the concerned management. Requirements: • Minimum HSC qualification. • Previous experience in selling batteries, IPS, electrical goods, or related products will be preferred. • Must be honest, hardworking, responsible, and target-oriented. • Good communication and customer-handling skills. • Having a motorcycle/bike will be an advantage. • Candidates who are local to Cumilla will be given preference.
