Job Responsibilities: • promoting and selling company's non-woven fabric product to various clients, including manufacturers, dealer and retailers • manage client relationships, develop new business, and achieve monthly sales targets of fabric volume • Identify and target new business opportunities in the non-woven fabric market and generate potential customers to expand the business & company growth • Build, maintain, and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction • Present and demonstrate non-woven fabric products, highlighting their features, benefits, and applications to effectively solve customer problems & provide samples and catalogs as needed • Prepare price quotations, negotiate contract terms, pricing, and credit terms, and close sales deals in line with company objectives • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, and provide feedback to the product development and management teams • Coordinate with internal teams, including production, logistics, accounting and others to ensure timely delivery and seamless order fulfillment • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and expense accounts to management Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Textile Engineering, or a related field • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the textile or non-woven fabric industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • A strong understanding of non-woven fabric types, their technical specifications, characteristics and end-use applications is essential • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Meet deadline, self-motivated, target-driven, ability to work independently or as part of a team, and willingness to travel as required
