Currently the group consists of paper mills, cold storages, aviation and travels, trading concerns, river dredging, spinning mills and a potato flak producing plant. The group has also involved in the environmental sector, IT sector, mass media, education and social welfare which enable it to contribute to the Bangladeshi socio-economic development. Location: Corporate Office (51, Central Road, Dhanmondi, Dhaka-1205)Age: At most 35 years. Experience: 01 year of experience in Sales and Marketing. ** Freshers are also encouraged to apply. Academic Qualifications - Graduation of any discipline from any reputed institutes skills & Expertise - Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills with proven track record of achieving sales targets. Add Requirements* Self-motivated, result-oriented and capable of working independently.* Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.* Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies. Key Responsibilities:* Identify, develop and cultivate new and potential sales.* Market analysis on customer needs or interests, potential new products and competitive activities.* Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate stakeholders.* Achieve assigned sales targets through business-to-business (B2B) sales strategies.* Daily visit to the potential and existing Market.* Maintain accurate sales records and prepare detailed sales performance reports.* Maintain and expand customer database.* Experience with commissioned sales, field sales or related fields.
