Responsibilities • Conduct training on competency-based training and assessment methodology • Prepare training modules, session plans, and assessment tools • Deliver practical and theory-based instruction on CBT&A processes • Guide trainees on competency standards and assessment criteria • Evaluate trainee participation and performance • Maintain documentation, progress reports, and attendance records • Ensure quality implementation of competency-based training systems Requirements • M.Sc / B.Sc / Diploma in Engineering passed or graduated • Minimum 5 years of practical experience in relevant field and CBT&A training • Must have completed at least CBT&A M, Level-5 under NSDA Application Process • Interested candidates should submit their application with full CV • Recent passport-size color photograph • Copies of educational certificates • Experience certificates • Copy of National ID card • Other necessary documents • Application can be sent to the Managing Director, YESDI, Akran, Savar Road, Kaliakoir Kancha Bazar, Birulia, Savar, Dhaka • Or by email: yesdihr@gmail.com • Mention the designation and trade name in the email subject line Additional Information • Exam date, time, and venue will be communicated via SMS / email / mobile phone • No TA/DA will be provided • Candidates must be willing to work in an office environment • Nearby candidates will get preference • Any lobbying will be treated as disqualification
