Key Responsibilities: • Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, calls, email, and walk-ins • Provide end-to-end travel solutions: visa support, air tickets, proposals, itineraries, and payment collection • Follow up leads and convert inquiries into confirmed sales • Conduct corporate visits and assist in business development • Generate leads through networking, referrals, social media, and field activities • Support marketing campaigns and develop new tour packages • Assist with air ticket booking, hotel reservations, and visa documentation • Maintain customer data, CRM records, and collect feedback Qualifications & Experience: • BBA, BBS, or any educational background considered for experienced candidates • 1–3 years sales experience; travel or tourism industry preferred • Proven track record in selling travel packages • Strong communication, negotiation, and computer skills (MS Office) • Customer-focused with ability to meet sales targets Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive salary + sales-based profit share • Mobile allowance, subsidized lunch, festival & yearly performance bonuses • Annual salary review • Collaborative work environment with travel industry exposure
