Job Details Employment Type: Full-time (On-site) Work Schedule: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (U.S. business hours) Working Days: Monday to Friday Industry: U.S. Property Preservation & Property Services Key Responsibilities Complete structured onboarding and training covering U.S. client coordination and operational workflows Communicate professionally with the U.S.-based clients and vendors via email and internal systems Review, verify, and process property preservation work orders accurately and within defined timelines Manage documentation, photo reviews, compliance checks, and follow-ups through company platforms Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely issue resolution Maintain quality control standards and consistently meet daily performance expectations Prepare and submit regular status updates, reports, and discrepancy summaries to supervisors Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any discipline Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal close attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving skills Ability to make timely decisions and demonstrate leadership potential Willingness and ability to work night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply Compensation BDT 18,000 – 40,000 (Final salary determined based on experience, performance, and role level) Benefits & Career Growth Two weekly holidays (Saturday & Sunday) Performance-based incentives and bonuses Two annual festival bonuses (including Eid) Annual salary review based on performance and contribution Clearly defined career progression and promotion pathway Professional, structured, and growth-oriented work environment Office Location S.T.
