Job Responsibilities: • Install, maintain, and repair Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) air conditioning systems throughout the hotel. • Perform regular preventive maintenance to ensure the optimal performance of cooling units. • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in the HVAC systems and provide quick solutions. • Monitor refrigerant levels and ensure all systems are operating according to safety standards. • Keep detailed records of all repairs, parts replaced, and maintenance schedules. • Coordinate with the engineering department to minimize downtime during peak hotel hours.
