Job Responsibilities: Welcome resort guests warmly and professionally, assist them with seating arrangements, and provide menus. Explain food and beverage options, answer guest inquiries, and take accurate orders while ensuring special requests and dietary preferences are communicated to the kitchen. Serve food and beverages according to established service standards, ensuring proper presentation, order accuracy, and timely delivery. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and respond promptly to their needs. Prepare restaurant tables and service areas before operations by arranging tableware, cutlery, glassware, and other necessary items. Clear used dishes, maintain table cleanliness, and ensure the dining area remains organized and presentable. Coordinate with chefs, kitchen staff, supervisors, and other F&B team members to ensure smooth and efficient service. Handle guest feedback and complaints courteously and report issues to the supervisor when necessary. Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, food safety, cleanliness, and professional appearance. Follow resort policies, operational procedures, and service standards while contributing to a positive guest experience. Assist with restaurant setup, service preparation, stock replenishment, and closing activities as required by the supervisor or management. Educational Qualification and Requirements: Candidates should have a pleasant personality, a professional attitude, and strong customer service skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a team. Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, resort, or hospitality environment will be an advantage.
