Role Overview: Hotel Ashrafee is looking for dedicated and professional individuals to join our hospitality team as Waiters or Senior Waiters. The ideal candidates should have a passion for guest service and maintain a high standard of professionalism in a restaurant environment. Key Responsibilities: • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist them in finding their seats. • Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff. • Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly according to guest orders. • Ensure that dining tables are always clean, tidy, and well-arranged. • Address guest inquiries, requests, or complaints politely and professionally to ensure a positive dining experience. Requirements: • Educational Qualification: Minimum Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC). • Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience working in a restaurant. • Demeanor: Must be polite, smart, and highly responsible. • Attitude: Friendly personality with a genuine passion for providing excellent guest service.
